Full payment is requested upon on all orders under $500. This ensures that materials can be purchased if necessary, staff can be paid, and covers fuel expenses and other overheads. Orders over $500 require a 40% deposit, and the balance paid upon order completion, before the parcel is shipped. Orders will only be shipped once the full amount has been received by eBannok.

• eBannok uses the Thai postal service for domestic and international deliveries. All deliveries will be by international air freight unless otherwise specified or requested.

• Shipping times will vary dependent upon the type of product ordered and stock availability. Please bear in mind that eBannok is situated 20km from Chiang Rai, so only posts out orders once a week. • Once shipped, deliveries will take between 3-14 days, so please be patient.

Off-the-shelf orders :: Orders which can be filled immediately will be shipped within 7 days of receipt of order.

Partial orders :: Where some or all items, which are standard products, are out of stock and need to be crafted to fill the order, shipping will take 7-28 days to complete, dependent upon the product and quantity ordered.

Custom orders :: Where orders are custom-made to the client specifications, shipping details are available on request.

• Notification of dissatisfaction with a product is required within 7 days of receipt.

• eBannok products are all handmade by local hilltribe craftswomen, except for the printed T-shirts and fisherman pants, so variation in color, size, finish, and workmanship is to be expected.

• eBannok will only accept returns due to breakage, or incorrect deliveries. If the article(s) is deemed to be saleable and a correct order, eBannok will require shipping and handling charges to be paid for any replacement item before it is sent out.

• eBannok does not offer refunds.

• Orders can be cancelled at any stage up to payment being secured by eBannok.

• Once funds have been deposited in our account, eBannok judges that the order is confirmed and should be filled.

• Where orders are cancelled after payment is made, eBannok will contact the customer to confirm whether the order should still be completed and shipped.

• No refunds will be offered or given.

• These terms are applicable for both fully paid as well as 40% deposit payments.
