The Asian Golden Weaver (Ploceus hypoxanthus) is found in Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland and swamps. It is threatened by habitat loss.
